Land Rover 88 Series 2 Petrol in the original.
The Land Rover offered here is an early Series II with the typical features such as the operation of the ventilation flaps or the inspection window on the transmission tunnel. Or the headlights in the radiator grille.
The vehicle is absolutely ready to drive and suitable for everyday use. He passed the HU and the classification H mark immediately.
The car has been very carefully rebuilt while keeping the original parts.

Here is a short list of what was done.
Frame: blasted, chemically derusted on the inside, 4-fold color structure with Corroless on the outside and fluid film on the inside.
Engine: Completely rebuilt.
Gearbox: completely re-stored and sealed by a specialist. Syncron body, input shaft, 1st gear and reverse gear new.
Axles: Completely re-stored and adjusted. Also the differentials.
Brakes: completely new. It's just a must.
Cooling: new cooler network soldered in, new hoses. Water pump overhauled.
Steering: new bearings, seals, spindle and ball heads.
Exhaust: New.
Electrics: New wiring harness, overhaul of instruments, alternator and starter.
Seats: newly upholstered with the original equipment elepant hide gray.
Body: completely dismantled, bulged as far as possible, no filler (almost) new paint system (2K) in original marine blue (LFRC006) and British arctic white Re-galvanizing of many steel parts, renewal of the seals and installation of new guides for the sliding windows.

Landrover 88 Serie 2 Petrol im originalgetreu.
Der hier angebotene Landrover ist eine frühe Serie II mit den typischen Merkmalen wie z.B. Die Betätigung der Lüftungsklappen oder die Inspektionsscheibe auf dem Getriebetunnel. Oder die im Kühlergrill liegenden Scheinwerfer.
Das Fahrzeug ist absolut fahrbereit und alltagstauglich. Die HU und die Einstufung H-Kennzeichen hat er sofort bestanden.
Das Auto wurde sehr sorgfältig unter Beibehaltung der originalen Teile neu aufgebaut.

Hier eine kurze Auflistung was gemacht wurde.
Rahmen: gestrahlt, innen chemisch entrostet, außen 4-fach Farbaufbau mit Corroless und innen Fluidfilm.
Motor: Komplett neu aufgebaut.
Getriebe: Vom Fachmann komplett neu gelagert und abgedichtet. Syncronkörper, Eingangswelle, 1.Gang und R-Gang neu.
Achsen: Komplett neu gelagert und eingestellt. Auch die Differentiale.
Bremsen: komplett neu. Das ist einfach ein Muss.
Kühlung: Neues Kühlernetz eingelötet, neue Schläuche. Wasserpumpe überholt.
Lenkung: neue Lager, Dichtungen, Spindel und Kugelköpfe.
Auspuff: Neu.
Elektrik: Neuer Kabelbaum, Überholung der Instrumente, Lichtmaschine und Anlasser.
Sitze: neu gepolstert mit der original Ausstattung elepant hide grey.
Karosserie: komplett demontiert, ausgebeult soweit es ging, Verzicht auf Spachtel (fast) neuer Farbaufbau (2K) in original Marine Blue (LFRC006) und british arctic white. Neuverzinkung vieler Stahlteile, Erneuerung der Dichtungen und Einbau neuer Führungen der Schiebefenster.
